Roger Legeay (born 8 August 1949, Beaufay[1]) is a French former professional racing cyclist and the manager of Crédit Agricole cycling team. Legeay had managed the Peugeot cycling team in its last year of existence in 1986, before it was reinvented as Z-Peugeot. The team was renamed GAN in 1994 under new sponsorship and once again in 1997 when it changed sponsors to Credit Agricole. The team officially disbanded at the end of the 2008 season when Crédit Agricole ended their sponsorship.

He finished 84th in the 1980 Tour de France.

In 1974 he tested positive for amphetamines at the Paris–Nice "race to the sun".[2]
